Safety
Safety is the first priority. Each person on site is responsible for maintaining a safe working environment. Each person on site is responsible for the use of appropriate safety equipment, following safety protocols, adhering to safety regulations and best practices.
Customer Satisfaction
Questions and comments from the customer are welcome at any time or stage of the process. Customers are treated with professionalism and courtesy at all times.
Beyond the usual standards of worksite safety and cleanliness, we ensure that any special worksite requirements of the customer are identified and respected. During the analysis, design, and planning stages, we will proactively inform the customer of what to expect in terms of materials and the Solar Team presence on site. We ask the customer if there are any necessary requirements for us while on site. We listen and make every effort to accommodate the customer’s requirements in planning the installation.
After each site visit and completion of each phase of work, we will follow up with the customer to ensure their satisfaction. In any case where the customer is not completely satisfied with the work, or in the event of a subsequent problem as a result of our work, we will respond immediately to address the situation to the satisfaction of the customer.
